2) Your rights under GDPR / AVG

Under GDPR/AVG, you have the following rights (where applicable):

  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) – request deletion of your data in certain cases.
  • Right to restriction – limit processing in certain cases.

  • Right to data portability – receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (where processing is based on consent/contract and carried out by automated means).
  • Right to withdraw consent – if processing is based on consent, you can withdraw at any time.
3) How to submit a GDPR request

To exercise your rights, send your request to info@picturerealestate.nl. Please include enough information so we can identify you and locate your data.

4) Identity verification

To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. We will only request the minimum information necessary for verification.

5) Response times

We aim to respond to GDPR requests within one month of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by up to two additional months, as permitted by GDPR. If we extend the deadline, we will inform you and explain the reason.

6) When we may refuse a request

In certain situations we may refuse (fully or partly) a request, for example if:

  • We cannot verify your identity.
  • The request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
  • We must retain certain data to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where we refuse a request, we will explain our decision and inform you of available options.

7) Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
