Position Overview
PICture Real Estate B.V. is seeking a senior-level professional to manage and coordinate its real estate development and construction activities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial real estate development projects end to end
- Coordinate construction planning, execution, and delivery processes
- Develop and implement project and operational strategies
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial monitoring
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and architects
- Implement and supervise ERP-based governance and reporting systems
- Coordinate asset management activities and portfolio planning
- Ensure compliance with Dutch legal, corporate, and regulatory standards
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in real estate development and construction management
